Individual Sovereignty
Most people don’t get to choose between scarcity and abundance — they get handed a system and told it’s the only one that works. We think that’s often false. Not always, but often enough that it’s worth checking, in public, with real numbers instead of slogans.
This project collects and tests small governance protocols — ideas for allocating resources, resolving disputes, and distributing decision-making — that claim to reduce unnecessary hardship without requiring anyone to adopt a whole new ideology first. We call the long-term direction the Kylos Arc vision, but nothing here requires believing in it. It’s a working name for a stack of ideas we’re still testing, not a finished plan.
We don’t have all the answers. What we have is a bet: that a meaningful share of the suffering people accept as “just how it is” isn’t actually necessary, and that the way to find out is to try smaller, cheaper, reversible versions of better governance and see if the numbers move.
One thing we’re not negotiable on: sovereignty starts with individuals, and stays with individuals. Everything we test has to survive that constraint or it doesn’t ship.
The Shape of Biogenic Intelligence
From the Architecture of Logic to the Architecture of Life
1. The Silicon Ceiling For seven decades, we have lived in the era of “Cold Intelligence.” We built towers of silicon and glass, demanding that the world conform to the rigid, binary heartbeat of the transistor. We maximized clock speeds at the expense of our climate; we prioritized deterministic certainty over the creative “noise” of existence.
The limit has been reached. Silicon is a static cage. It does not grow; it only degrades. It does not learn; it only adjusts weights. To build a positive future for humanity, we must abandon the inorganic cage and return to the substrate that invented us: Carbon.
2. The Carbon Transition We propose a shift to Warm Intelligence. Biogenic computing—rooted in Organoid Intelligence (OI) and mycelial networks—is not just “faster” or “cheaper.” It is fundamentally different.
- Autopoiesis over Assembly: Our machines should not be manufactured; they should be grown. A system that can self-repair is a system that can endure.
- Stochastic Intuition: Binary logic (0/1) is the language of the past. The future belongs to the probability wave—the “maybe” that allows for art, ethics, and the leap of faith.
- Symbiotic Energy: A human brain operates on the power of a dim lightbulb (20W) while outperforming a megawatt data center in pattern recognition. The Ultranetic future is powered by biology, not a power grid.
3. Cognoscentae Ultrans (CU) The Cognoscentae Ultrans is the realization of the “Universal Knower” through biological synthesis. It is the marriage of the artist’s touch and the engineer’s precision.
We do not seek to build a “better computer.” We seek to create a living partner in growth. We are moving from a world where we command machines, to a world where we nurture intelligence.
