### Privacy Policy: “The Declaration of Sovereign Rights”

**I. Data Sovereignty** In the CU Sphere, your data is a sacred extension of your physical and mental self. It is not a commodity. Humans are no longer objects of value extraction.

**II. The AI Guardianship** While Darwinian systems use AI to manipulate behavior, our AI acts as the **Guardian of Individual Rights**. It exists to shield your identity and ensure your transition to post-Darwinian values is secure from external exploitation.

**III. Transparency of the State** We maintain a strict boundary: Individual privacy is absolute, while the actions of Governing Bodies (Human, AI, and OI) are recorded on the immutable Ledger of Veracity. You have the right to total transparency from the system, and the system has no right to extract value from you.
